Contract/Move-in-related
No. Mangrove Changcheon is publicly supported private rental housing, so you can apply without a housing subscription account. Please make sure you meet the basic eligibility requirements: aged 19–39, unmarried, not owning a home, and a vehicle valued at 45,420,000 won or less.
Special supply applies income and asset criteria but offers lower rent, at 80% or less of the market rate. General supply only requires that you do not own a home—no income or asset criteria—and rent is 95% or less of the market rate. Selection also differs: special supply ranks by income, then region, then a lottery, while general supply is a random lottery.
Click View Recruitment Notice and go to the ‘Apply / Check Application’ menu. After identity verification, you can submit one application per person, choosing either special supply or general supply.
Lifestyle-related
Under the youth category, only the applicant may move in and register residency. If an unauthorized cohabitant is found, you may be required to move out immediately and the contract may be terminated.
Unfortunately, there is no parking lot, so parking is not available.
Yes! Under the youth housing regulations, Mangrove Changcheon allows residents to live with pets. However, if it disrupts communal living, restrictions may apply under the house rules.
