Contract/Move-in-related
No. Mangrove Changcheon is publicly supported private rental housing, so you can apply without a housing subscription account. However, you must meet the common eligibility requirements as of the recruitment notice date: aged 19 to 39, unmarried, not owning a home, Korean nationals only (foreign nationals excluded), and within the vehicle value limit. Special supply applies additional income and asset criteria.
Special supply requires meeting income and asset criteria in addition to the common eligibility requirements, and rent is 80% or less of the market rate. When applications exceed supply, applicants are selected by income ranking, then regional ranking, then a lottery. General supply also requires meeting the age, unmarried, non-homeowner, foreign-national-exclusion, and vehicle value criteria. However, there are no income, asset, or regional requirements, and rent is 95% or less of the market rate. Eligible applicants are selected by random lottery.
Apply online using a PC on the Mangrove Changcheon resident recruitment website. Applications by visit or phone are not accepted, and identity verification is required. Only one application per person is allowed, and you must choose either special supply or general supply and a single unit type.

Under the youth category, only the contract holder may move in and register residency. If an additional occupant or residency registration by a third party is found, it may result in contract termination and eviction.
There is no resident parking lot, so parking is not available, and no external parking lot is provided. You may own and drive a car if it meets the vehicle value limit in the recruitment notice, but you cannot park it at Mangrove Changcheon.
Yes! Under the youth housing regulations, Mangrove Changcheon allows residents to live with pets. However, if it disrupts communal living, restrictions may apply under the house rules.
