Mangrove Jeju City is a 7-story building that has been renewed from an old tourist hotel that was originally built in the 1980s. The building has 90 rooms of personal spaces for work and rest, along with shared spaces that offer stunning views of the Tapdong coastline.
Start your journey with Mangrove at the check-in lounge on the 7th floor. You can enjoy a pleasant Work Lounge for individuals and teams, a spacious Canteen loaded with various snacks, and an on-site store perfect for commemorating your journey.

Stay-related
1. What are the operation hours for Community Desk?
The Community Desk is open from 9:00 to 18:00 every day, so feel free to drop by if you have any questions. A simple online process is available, meaning you don’t need to check in or out in person. After completing self check-in, you’ll receive your room number, passcode, and all the necessary details. Check-out is just as easy and can be completed directly on your mobile.
2. When is the check-in and check-out time?
You can check in from 15:00, and must check out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is not available. However, we can hold your luggage on the 7th floor before check-in or after check-out, so you can enjoy the communal spaces after leaving your luggage with us.
3. Is parking available?
Yes, we have a paid parking space at Mangrove Jeju City. If it’s full, we recommend using the nearby paid parking lot.
4. Can family with underage children also book a room?
We offer rooms to families with children aged 8 or older.
5. Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this location.
6. Can I invite guests to my room?
You can invite guests for visits or stays, as long as the total number of people doesn’t exceed the room’s stated capacity. If you have more guests than the room allows, you’ll need to book a separate room for the additional people.
7. Can I cook or eat in the room?
Cooking is not possible, as our rooms aren’t equipped with kitchens. Please use the Canteen on the 7th floor, which has an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, cutlery, cooking utensils, and basic condiments. Note that bringing foods with strong smells into the rooms is not allowed, except for dormitories.
8. Is the dormitory room for same-sex only?
Yes, our dormitory rooms are gender-designated. Please confirm you’ve chosen the correct room when you book a dormitory room.
Work Lounge-related
1. Can I use the Work Lounge without reserving a room?
No, only staying guests can use the Work Lounge until April 30, 2025. Starting in May 2025, Work Lounge passes will be available for purchase on-site.
2. Is the Work Lounge free to use if I book a stay?
Yes, staying guests have complimentary access to the Work Lounge until April 30, 2025. However, starting in May 2025, a pass must be purchased on-site regardless of the stay.
3. Can I designate a seat in the Work Lounge?
No, seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. How can I use the Labs or Booths?
These spaces are available by reservation only. Scan the QR code on-site and make your reservation through the link.
5. Are there on-site community programs for guests?
Yes, the Mangrove Social Club(MSC) is held in and around the old town of Jeju, where nature and the city come together. Various programs will be offered each season, so stay tuned!

1. Is membership open to anyone?
If you want to define how you work and grow your career in your own way, and are interested in remote working, you are always welcome to be our member. Our membership is based on an annual fee, but the fee will be waived until 2025. Should there be any change to the policy, we will notify you at least one month in advance.
2. What is the process of joining the membership?
Start by clicking the ‘Be Our Member!’ tab and filling out the application. Follow the remaining steps as guided, and you’ll become a member. Don’t miss out on exclusive member offers, including discount codes, special package deals, community events, and various partnership benefits.
3. I haven’t received the membership registration email.
Please check your spam folder first, as emails may occasionally be classified as spam. If you add info@mgrv.company to your address book, you can safely receive the mail. If the email still hasn’t arrived, please contact us via Channel Talk(support bot).
4. Tell me more about package programs for members.
Package programs are offered to members only. They have been designed to make your stay more fulfilling and meaningful. Programs are diverse – we have a one-week package that includes local activities, a 10-night package where you can split the 10 nights and stay whenever you want, along with other programs.
