Rewards are provided only for completed contracts, and the move-in deadline and limited quantity (first-come, first-served) for each location are as follows:

• Blessing by MGRV: Move-in completed by August 31, 2026 / Limited to the first 20 people

• Mangrove Hwigyeong: Move-in completed by October 31, 2026 / Limited to the first 30 people

The reward is a 100,000 KRW Olive Young gift certificate, to be provided within 7 days after move-in.

The gift certificate will only be issued if the contract and move-in are completed normally, and will not be provided in cases of contract cancellation, early termination, or failure to move in.

If a contract is cancelled or early move-out occurs after the gift certificate has already been received, the full amount of the gift certificate may be reclaimed (or deducted during settlement).

The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be substituted for other products or benefits.

The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of the gift certificate, nor for policies related to its use at Olive Young; such matters are subject to the issuer's terms of use.

This promotion may not be combined with other promotions or discount benefits.

The details of this promotion may be changed or terminated early without prior notice, depending on the company's circumstances.
