[Local Guide] 맹그로브 벚꽃 스팟 투어 가이드
It's the perfect weather for a stroll, and it's quickly approaching!
Thanks to lighter jackets, our steps feel lighter too. Did you know that Mangrove Sinseol, Dongdaemun, and Sinchon are located not far from Seoul's famous cherry blossom spots? Let me introduce you to the beautiful walking spots around the Mangrove, all adorned by the glow of blossoms.

Seongbukcheon Trail
The Playground for Dog Friends, Seongbukcheon
Just a 5-minute walk from Mangrove Sinseol, voilà, you arrive at Seongbukcheon. As you walk for about 10 minutes towards Bomun Station along the stream, you'll find yourself in a path filled with blooming cherry blossoms.

The roadside leading to the cherry blossom path is lined with schools and kindergartens where children's laughter never ends, parks, and cozy homes. If you're lucky, you might even come across some stylish dogs out for a stroll.

A white puppy peeks out to greet you.
A cup of coffee naturally complements flower viewing. Around Seongbukcheon, you'll find charming cafes with a new sense of style scattered about. Pick a favorite spot and pay a visit.

If Cherry Blossoms Bloom on a Spaceship? Dongdaemun Design Plaza
It's one of Seoul's iconic landmarks, just two crosswalks away from Mangrove Dongdaemun. As a result, it's a place where you can hear a variety of languages.

You can leisurely enjoy cherry blossom viewing while strolling around the SF spaceship-like building. Take a big loop, and you'll also find a historical and cultural park where remnants of the old Seoul Fortress remain.

Peacemarket Embracing the City's Vibrant Colors
Right next to Dongdaemun Design Plaza is Peacemarket, a clothing market that shares the city's long history. It's bustling with busy sellers and tourists.

Among the eye-catching, colorful signs and stalls, flower trees are there to create interesting scenery perfect for photos.

A Walking Path That Even Egrets Visit, Cheonggyecheon
Exit through the alleys of Peacemarket, and when you reach the main road towards Dongdaemun Station, Cheonggyecheon, which runs refreshingly across the city, appears. You might even spot an egret engrossed in catching fish.

As you walk a bit towards Gwanghwamun Station along Cheonggyecheon, you'll arrive at Gwangjang Market, famous for its food offerings. If you're hungry, you might want to stop by for a snack.

The Old Railway Blanketed with Petals, Gyeongui Line Forest Trail
The Gyeongui Line Forest Trail is just a 3-minute walk from the entrance of Mangrove Sinchon! It's a park where the old abandoned Yongsan Line railway has come alive again with greenery and a walking path, stretching from Yeonnam-dong to Wonhyo-ro.

Checking out the lineup of restaurants and cafes along the path is quite delightful. There's no better place to walk aimlessly and clear your thoughts.

May this cherry blossom season, which is perfect for a happy walk, last longer this year. Enjoy a joyful spring outing with Mangrove!
